are entrusted to highly qualified colleagues translating in their mother tongue. In this case, I am responsible for coordination and quality control.

Humanities and Social Sciences (especially Political Sciences, Sociology, Migration Studies, Gender, Education Sciences, History), International Development, Islamic Sciences, Agriculture, Environment, Renewable Energies.

Tourism, Culture, Marketing, PR, Journalism, Market Research, Economics (general), Bookbinding/Book Restoration.
Translating means understanding! That's why I refrain from translating texts in areas in which my knowledge is limited (technical, medical and legal texts).
Daily turnout
I translate around 2000 words per day.
Education/experience
I hold a French D.E.U.G. L.E.A. (Applied Languages) in German and English studies and a German "Diplom" (Master of Arts) in Political Sciences. I have been working as a freelance translator since 1999, and full time since 2009.
File formats
You can send me files in different formats (Word, Excel, Power Point, .jpg, .gif, QuarkXpress, etc.).
I cannot deliver sworn translations.

I edit and proofread all kinds of texts written in French (oral presentations, scientific papers, Power Point presentations, etc.), and have much experience with editing texts written by non-native speakers.
